RETURNS

If pipercross online has supplied a product incorrectly or it has been damaged in transit, we will happily exchange it for a replacement. Any costs incurred in returning the item to us will be reimbursed.

However if a pipercross product has been correctly supplied, we will issue an exchange or refund if required. Returns must be made within 14 days from delivery. A 25% handling charge will be deducted from the sale price on all pipercross filters. The delivery charges incurred in sending the goods will also be deducted from the refund even if it is advertised as free postage. Under no circumstances to we refund any return postage costs.
